[Multiplayer] [Conquest] Client has invisible blocks after loading save

ISSUE:
After loading a decently large save (more than 5 hours, probably almost 8 or 10), the client player will have a random amount of already placed blocks invisible. The blocks that are invisible are only blocks that are part of an active construction task, the missing blocks were ones that were already placed as part of that task.

EXPECTED RESULT:
After loading a save, all blocks should be visible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
I no longer have a viable save that you can use to view this issue, as after finishing the construction task, we tried to save and reload to see if the blocks came back, which caused the other bug report issue here. You can use the attached save (same as the link's), to attempt to see this issue on the client.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
The construction tasks that seem to cause it are ones involving a lot of braces and planks (specifically a multi tiered tower of stockpile storage), however simple tasks like the first layer of a stone wall are also invisible. The client player also saw the host player's construction task as invisible, meaning it is not limited to just the clients. The blocks still existed, as they could be walked on, but were invisible and could not be interacted with. Additionally, the construction task was fine, they would continue to build it as if nothing had changed.
