[Multiplayer] [Conquest] Unable to load large save - Client gets booted after load

ISSUE:
After loading a save which has been played for a large amount of time, the client player gets into the game successfully, but experiences a large bout of lag (which is always there after loading anything but a really small save), after about 2-3 minutes, the client player is booted back to the menu.
EXPECTED RESULT:
After loading a save, the client player should be able to start playing the same as the host does.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Download the attached save, load it up, it's a two player save.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The host receives no starting lag when the save finishes loading, so the Host can play for the 2-3 minutes before the client player gets booted back to menu. We were able to load it the save prior to this, but no longer.
