trouble playing with friends

I've been typing this complaint through google translator because I'm not good at English, but I basically bought the game on sale for my friends because I was tired of playing alone. Difficulties started when they couldn't get into my lobby / I into theirs either through the default lobby or through the friends list, but ok AFTER A LOT OF DIFFICULTY we finally managed to get everyone together in the same lobby and start the game someone is disconnected, I don't know ..... Sad, I just want to play with my friends but there's no way .....
