Cant join multiplayer games or have friends joined to mine

endles loading screen to join other games... firewall not activated, ports open in tcp and udp ..rules created for the program... im frustrated here.. im just intrested in the game to play multiplayer and im not being able.. i will really apriciate some help

    Please open a support ticket including your logs and PC specs on support.castlestory.net

    Ideally, include your friend's logs as well.
