I think this string is poorly worded it sound like you have more than the limit.
It should be something like.
Population\n\nYour current Bricktron population / maximum allowed
or
Population\n\nYour current Bricktron population and the maximum allowed.
or just
Population\n\nYour current Bricktron population.
