Broken quarry stairs

Quarry stairs are not being created after about an hour of game play even though debug or 2x speech have not been opened. Please fix its breaks quarrys and stone production.

Yep had the same problem it started settle with just a few missing but then they made non.
You defently should build stairs i speeds the quarry up so much
