Assign 4th Mouse Button

I really would like to bind some things to my 4th and 5th or even more mouse key. But it currently doesn't seem to be possible. I am not sure if it is due to the mouse i am using (Roccat Tyon) or if its on the gameside. I have tried to just edit the file but that didn't seem to work. I of course could work around and bind the mouse key to a keyboard key but that might be a bit annyoing while not playing Castle Story.
