Back to work hotkey

I accidentally pressed the back to work hotkey to many times so i decided to change it something else than "f"(default), I changed it to "o", applied the change and went back to my game.
Maybe a minute or so later I managed to press "f" again by accident and my soldiers just started walking towards the armour racks. I was very confused beacuse I knew I just changed the hotkey, but just to make sure I went back and checked and it said "o" as the hotkey for "back to work".
So the bug here is that the hotkey isn't set even if it says it's changed in the keybinding menu, not sure if this is a known bug or not. I even tried changing the hotkey in the main menu, but still got the same result.
