There are no maps!

I open the game, click in "singleplayer", select "sandbox" and click in "official", but there are no maps; could someone help me?

    There are three reasons this tends to happen. I'll state each and a solution;

    1- If you're on a Mac and you downloaded the game from Humble Bundle, you may have only moved out Castle Story.app from the compressed file. That won't work, you need to move all the files and keep them all together in the same format they're in the compressed file.

    2- Your computer specifications may not meet the minimum requirements to run the game. To find out, please post your full specs here. We need to know your CPU, graphics card, RAM and operating system.

    I tried the fresh reinstall but it didn't work. If my computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements, there's something I can do?
    If not, did I waste my money?

    Hey Greny,

    If you do not meet the minimum requirements, unfortunately, you can't run the game unless you upgrade your computer by buying better hardware.

    You can also ask for a refund via Steam.

    system settings 2.9GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 processor, Intel Iris Graphics 6100, 16 GB memory
