Keeps crashing

Me and my friend just tried the game a couple of times but it has bin crashing nonstop for my friend, im from europe and he is from the US, so i have no idea if this might have any adverse effects, but it shouldn't since my internet and his is about on par speed wise.
So we tried co-up easy against some AI corruptrons since he is new to the whole game he had to learn a little but before long he seems to crash before he even gets his third task on the floor seems to happen a lot with the Circle task wheel a lot or when i press ESC by accident for some reason.
P.S it would be great if you guys could put a reporter system in place where you could send a log file about the specific problem since i can't even find a single crash report anywhere.
