Hey Feroxfox,

I'm going to need more information about your computer to figure out what's going wrong.

First, I'm going to need your complete PC specs. If you're not sure how, the easiest way is to download Speccy, a completely free software that will display all the information about your computer in a window so you can either send us a picture of it, or type the information out.

When you open Speccy, you don't need to click on anything in the window. You'll be in the correct tab (Summary) by default. Just wait a few seconds while it fetches the information about your machine.

Second, I'm going to need your game logs.
