[Hotkey Bug] Unfinished Shortcuts or Developer Tools are still present in Live build

1. Press B, it will bring up the Stone Blocks Menu, and allow you to place Outlines of Blocks, but they are not attached to anything.
2. Press N, it will bring up the Wood Blocks Menu.
3. Press M, it will bring up the Structures Menu.
4. Press T, it will bring up the Blueprints Menu.
5. Press ', (Single Quote), it will bring up the New Task Menu, same as ` (Back Quote).

In all of these cases (although New #5 is pretty harmless), a lot of undefined behavior happens.

    Hey, I guess the bug would be that the hotkeys aren't displayed on the UI, but those are all intentional. :)

    If they are intentional, then they do not work properly.
    They don't open the task, they open the menu. Allowing you to place Block/Structure outlines without any task assigned to them. Therefore they never disappear from view, and cannot be constructed.
