World Editor - Boulders Disappear after Generating Bottom

I have small problem with generating Underside island, when hitting generate and have a Boulder resource placed then
they disappear or "Fall" under the Islands.

Happens everytime !

    Actually the boulders stay in a fixed location; it's island that moves. Sometimes if you build your island high and place boulders on it then generate the underneath, the island moves down and you end up with boulders in the sky. The only way to delete them is by going into the islands 'boulder.json' file and manually deleting each boulder's code...
