Game Crashing

I just bought the game today. I let it do the install. Went to load in to play and it made it to the start up screen to play full screen or adjust res. I hit play and it just crashes. I have two reports (because I tried to play it twice) but not sure how to send them. Please advise!

Compress the folders in the Castle Story directory in your Steam 'common' folder. They will be named something like: "2017-06-29_180200", but different numbers for you.
Then upload those .zip files here on this post, and it's possible they want it submitted through the Support system. I'm not sure, but normally for crashes, they want you to also send the files here: https://sauropodstudio.zendesk.com/hc/en-us

Same here. Tried verifying game files and reinstalled the game. Using game version 1.0.0b (yesterday) and 1.0.0c (today's hotfix).
OS: Win7 Pro 64bit, CPU: AMD FX-8350 (8 cores @ 4GHz), Mem: 32 GB, Gfx: AMD R9 390X

Reinstalling an older version of my gfx driver solved the problem.

What are your PC specs? Also, do you have something like MSI Afterburn running?

Custom built rig. note store bought computer.
WIndows 7 64bit
3.0 ghz processor and 16G of ram more than enough
A Radeon R9 200 series graphics card.
Dont even know what MSI afterburn. is...
Not running anything to over clock or stuff like that.

I also have uninstalled and reinstalled and verified the file.

Hey Vipis,

It looks like outdated graphic drivers. Have you updated them recently?

The game is trying to launch at a very funky resolution.

Can you try closing ALL running software besides Castle Story/Steam?

Also, try launching the game via the .exe in the Castle Story folder rather than via your Steam library.

I could also throw in, you could try disabling the Steam Overlay, as there was a post a while back that couldn't run the game if the Overlay was enabled.
