FPS Spikes still an issue.

I've owned and played this game for a long time, at least 2 years, and when 0.9 came out I was hoping that the stuttering would have finally stopped. but its still a huge issue for me. I just wanted to make sure it was still a known issue. if necessary, my specs are below.
Nvidia GTX950M
Intel i7-4720HQ
8GB RAM

    Hey Ironlixivium,

    Can you send me the savefile the game is spiking on for you? Or does it happen right from the beginning of a game?
