Save files will load in single player but hang at 69% in multiplayer 0.91

We played a multiplayer game on Riverains for a about 10-14 waves and saved a few time over the game. When we tried to load the game in the next day one of us would get to 100% loading and the other would get stuck at 69% loading. We transferred the saves through Skype and found that the issue also works in reverse.

I have attached 4 save files in a zip. Going to a movie and in battle are the two original saves, while not sure and re-saved where loading in single player re-saved and then attempted to be loaded in multiplayer.

We can reproduce it in game if you need some kind of debug log.
