Meta: Please mark Suggestions threads with "Have Seen Thread" flair

There are quite a lot of threads with 0 comments, and we don't know whether our suggestions have been seen by the developers, regardless if there were talks about it, if plans didn't fit in, or if it did make it into the game.

We just wanted to see our threads marked, so we know the developers have read / seen our threads. That is all.
