[0.9] Clicking outside of the game while paused, will cause game to not register left mouse clicks

Steps to reproduce:

1. Play game in any map on any difficulty in any game mode.
   
2. Press P key to pause the game.
   
3. Click outside of the game.
   
4. Click back into the game.
   
5. Press P key again to unpause.
   
6. Observe that you can no longer box select your Bricktrons.
   
7. Observe that you can no longer select your Bricktrons.
   
8. Observe that you can no longer interact with the game using the left mouse button.
   

More reliable way of reproducing it:

1. Make sure you are playing on Windows 10.
   
2. Play game in any map on any difficulty in any game mode.
   
3. Press P key to pause the game.
   
4. Click outside of the game.
   
5. Bring up Snipping Tools.
   
6. Do a quick Rectangular Snip on the game.
   
7. Copy the Rectangular Snip.
   
8. Click back into the game.
   
9. Unpause the game by pressing P key.
   
10. Observe all interactions with the left mouse button clicks are no longer responsive.
    

PC Specs: Alienware Echo 13R1, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i5-4210U, Nvidia Geforce 860M, 8GB RAM

Is this a 100% reproduction? I can't seem to reproduce it no matter how hard I try.

Yeah, I'm having trouble reproducing it. Should've done a GIF of it. If I can't continue to reproduce, consider this as Invalid.
