A man needs to play a game

(It's not my message it's a friend's message)

Hi ! I just bought the game on steam and i can't play it
When I lunch it, the launcher appear and when I click on Play, (or any other button of the launcher) the game (or the support site) automacly close !
I saw a file named "castlestory-launcher" dessepear of the installation file
I can lunch the game without steam but i can't play with the friends who's writting this message right now :>

Could you help me?

(PS : I already uninstal the game once and downloaded it again, I'm on windows 7, when i tried to manually add the file castlestory-launcher, it get deleted when i launch the game with steam, if I launch it with steam and without the file, steam tell me that I miss this file)

Can you please post your error logs here?

He can't find the logs There is no files like
"Copy and send the file «output_log.txt » located in your Local Files of Castle Story (Castle Story->Castle Story_Data->output_log.txt)"
and
"Copy and send the file « unity.log » (C:\Users"Your Windows Account Name"\AppData\Local\Castle Story\Logs\unity.log)"

Hey Benstriker,

Seems like on Linux, the logs are here; ~/.config/unity3d/Sauropod Studio/Castle Story/Player.log

Oh that's odd.

Any chance we could schedule a Teamviewer session with him? I'm not sure what to say - the logs should definitely be there if he's installed and launched the game at least once.
