0.9 frozen jobs bug

Very recently (again), in 0.9, with locked jobs. When I lock a job (say a quarry) and most bricktrons go and do another job (say a harvest task for wood). However, one or two bricktrons are stuck to that job (as frozen until it is unlocked)
