Next strange thing:

Baltrug's (the Bricktron in the yellow circle) task is to build a stockpile right in front of him...
Now his "Looking for path to Blueprint" for about five minutes. And then BOOOOOM he's doing it!

    Thank you, we know of an issue where Bricktrons are taking too long to build certain things. We'll investigate!

    Don't know if it helps you guys or not but when I encountered this bug is when I was building in uneven sloped terrain like in the picture OP provided.
