Test mode or spawnable waves in creative (and some other suggestions)

Sandbox is a great gamemode to make any castle you want, but the game gets very stale because there is no challenge.
Adding a test mode would allow you to test your amazing castle against a customizable gang of corruptrons.
What I mean by test mode is starting a new instance of your world where you can spawn corruptrons of your choosing and see how your castle manages.
When you are done with testing and ruining your world, you exit test mode and everything is just as it was before you started testing.
If this is too complicated to implement, a ''spawn wave'' button would be sufficient (although you could alter the game files of invasion according to the stream to get a similar result.
Lastly, there are some minor things that would benefit the gameplay experience:
- an option to disable friendly fire by archers
- a better way to defend a wall, because right now there are very few ways to fight corruptrons hugging your castle wall, maybe something like boulders, hot oil or a new bricktron class with some abilities that are great for defending your castle's walls, archers seem to have some issues shooting over the edge efficiently
- autosave(!), or at least a reminder on a timer in the options
- ladders (although you can kinda create a ladder around a log of wood, bit it looks a bit silly

That's a great suggestion! In the meantime, did you know: you can modify a file for an invasion game and set the delay before the corruptron wave starts to something really high like 999999999 seconds. That would give you as much time as you need to build and whenever you're ready for an attack, you force the wave to start by clicking the button!
