  • I tried redownloading CS 5 times but it made no difference. The sound is still not coming on. But I did find that when I go to the sound mixer sound unmuted it doesn't show the grey bar that moves up and down.

  • Shatojon, I got an idea if I download the game on the windows XP or toshiba could find out if the audio problem is the windows 10 or it not being downloaded properly.

  • what I have done is I when into the settings and turn mute off and on but on the bar puts mute and doen't unmute it just stays as mute. Even when I click at the mute buttons it won't go unmute and mute. I have also tried refreshing CS but still not…

  • I have a windows 10 and I downloaded CS and the audio doesn't work I have tryed going to the setting but I couldn't find out how to get the sound.
