SickGuy in the Sick Art, indeed. I agree that the Quarry should only affect the voxels and blueprints below the ground level and inside the boundaries of the task. Looking forward for this to get fixed.

Are the saves and maps coming from the nightly branch? If yes, try to delete the file boulders.json from these maps/saves. For v0.9.2 or for v0.9.1? UPDATE: Just tested it, it's for v0.9.2. It's all good now.

No limit, but do note if you create a new task, it will auto-select all of the stockpiles, which can get annoying to hear the popping sounds if your stockpiles count is over 85 or above.
