King of the Hill 1.0 [Conquest | Multiplayer | PvP] - Lots of Pictures!

Here is my second map for Castle Story 0.7!

Intro:
This symmetric spiral map is intended for Conquest or Player vs. Player. Most of the action should take place at the top of the hill. However, be warned: enemy players might try to build a bridge to assault your base directly!

Tips:
Quickly get your mines up and running and send some workers and most of your Archers and Knights to the top to establish a good defense. Once that is done you can attempt to take enemy crystals! You have the height advantage over your neighbor to the right, but be careful the enemy to the left might set up nasty catapults!

The cliffs near the bases are meant to provide a little bit of defense against the enemy, let me know if it works okay since I haven't tested it with other players! looking forward to feedback.

  • We had a go at a test run! I have made a few notes for some changes to the map. The larger battles weren't the smoothest and one person disconnected and couldn't rejoin the match. We were all able to recruit past our limits and we weren't sure how souls from dead bricktons were being collected. It seemed like we were able to recruit all our guys a minute or two after they died. Most of the action was definitely at the top where each of us could harass our neighbor's supply lines!
