Building Challenge: The Colossal Statue!
Masons, stoneworkers and architects unite! Are you ready for our third building challenge?!
What’s that?
The building challenge is a test of skill and creativity that invites you to take a crack at designing a specifically themed building for your Bricktrons to make!
Today’s challenge: build a STATUE!
- Your statue can be made of stone or wood, that’s entirely up to you. It can be a statue of anything! A giant tree, a giant bricktron, a sword, etc!
- The size is also up to you, but come on, who wants a tiny statue anyways? Go big or go home!
- The statue must have a recognizable shape. Abstract art please abstain!
Easy peasy!
- Build a structure according to the theme proposed (Lighthouse).
- Share several screenshots of your build with at least 3 different angles and a minimum resolution of 1024 × 720. Check out this useful site: How to take a screenshot.
- Write “FINAL SUBMISSION” when you share the screenshots, so we know that’s the one you’d like us to consider.
- Date limit: Monday, May 2nd 2016 at 1:00 PM EST!
- Post your submission right here, in this thread!

I knew I forgot something, I announced it as an event, but not as an announcement, I'll get to that right away and I might extend the deadline to give people the time to build something.
It doesn't have to be the biggest thing ever, anything that looks like a statue is okay.
Thanks!
Also you may want to push the deadline date back a bit, if people haven't seen this until now.
It is a "Statue" rappresenting 2 faces, one is life and the other is, of course, death... That should look like a skull, but really doesen't
I chose to not use stair or rounded things, i prefered it to look like this, "blocky"
Its not the best thing you can do, but it's not impossible to create statues, maybe is a bit hard because of the build system in CS, but surely someone can create something better
Oh, and "FINAL SUBMISSION". I think...
The lonely Knight. I made my medieval style Liberty Statue.
Are you on Linux, by the way? I've occasionally got the same graphical errors (the see-through bottom half of the islands, and the lines going across the grass)
And no, I play on Mac. I always have this problem, you know, translucid blocks, but I deal with it.
Excuse me for the writing mistakes I may have done, English isn't my mother tongue.
3 hours to go before entries are closed!
I really like the ideas of challenges, missed the two firsts but will happily participate in the future.
