Hey Drakeo. Usually, there are four reasons this can happen;
- Your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run Castle Story. - Your resolution is too small. - Your installation was corrupted. - If you are playing on a mac, you didn't install the game properly (likely only moved the .app out of the zipped file. You need to move everything and keep it all in the same folder).
Can you please post your full system specs? Operating System, graphic card, CPU (processor) and amount of RAM you have.
My processor is Intel (R) ATOM(TM) CPU Z3740 @ 1.33GHZ 1.33GHZ my RAM is 2.00 GB and only 1.89 GB can be used my system type is 32-bit operating system, x64-based processor.

Also, what resolution are you playing on?
Unfortunately, you don't meet the minimum requirements for Castle Story which you can find on our store page. Really sorry about that.
