Changing game modes

How do you change the game settings so that you are NOT shared control? I want to either play against other players, or play with other players against the bad guys (without controlling the same units). When joining the game, we can't change teams/colours, they are disabled.

    Nevermind. I watched 0.7 update video, and realised it was map-specific.

    Glad you figured it out. The good news is that we've remade the menu from scratch in 1.0 and you'll be choosing the gamemode first, then you get a selection of maps. :)
