Play Mode: None Supported

I just purchased the game for my son. I made sure the PC was capable of running it and disabled virus protection for the install. When I launch the game and try to enter a map, I get "Mode : None Supported". Also, if I go to the Quasar map and launch it, I get an error and have to abort. Please advise how I can get this resolved so my 11 year old can enjoy the game.

    Can you try closing all running software besides Steam/Castle Story, then try again?

    Its the same with me. I did just pay for the game. I did start it and all the maps are not supported.

    Wndows 7 32 bit

    Can we pls do something with it?

    Hi krejcajakub,

    I think the issue comes from the fact you have a 32 bit operating system.

    Castle Story needs at least 4GB of RAM and 32-bit operating systems only support 3 of them.

    You're really wasting your 8GB of RAM by not installing a 64bit version of your OS.
