Problem with entering the game

In version 0.9.2, if I join a friend's game, the screen freezes, when entering the game after the loading screen.

Sometimes this quits the game.

    Hey EvilToaster,

    What are your PC specs?

It has nothing to do with my PC specs. If I play offline/singleplayer, everything is normal. No lag, and my screen does not freeze.

You can't know that for certain. Asking for your PC specs is not asking if you get a certain framerate in a game. They need to know your hardware so that they can make informed decisions on whether or not you can properly run the game. Just because you may have the greatest PC specs known to man, does not mean you can properly run the game if the, lets say, CPU you have is the wrong architecture, or maybe you're on Linux and not Windows.

They don't know your computer, and they can't assume what you have because clearly there's way too many options.
If the support is attempting to ask you for information, you shouldn't simply ignore them.
