Adding a How to build a second floor post at the wiki

Hi, i think it would be cool if you could add a How to build a second floor tutorial at the wiki because many people would like to build that but don't know how.

For real, it's not that hard and there is, I think, too many way to create a second floor to do a tutorial !

As andre said there's way too many ways, some more efficient than others though. If you want we can all pitch in how we go about in creating a second floor, or in my case multi story buildings.
