    I was out of the studio for the night and hadn't noticed. We're having a spam bot issue nowadays but it's being looked into.

    Hey guys, sorry for the spam over the weekend (wasn't in the studio).

    We'll look into voluntary moderators and we're working on a permanent solution for spam bots.

    Mebbe prevent an account from posting more than 5 discussions every hour? B/c 5 discussions started in a hour should be enough for most.

    Not a bad idea, Glorval. But first we'd rather find a solution that doesn't limit genuine users. We're going to try to find a solution that gets rid of them without affecting real users.

    The issue we're having is that it's not actually a bot. It seems to be one (or a group) of individuals manually creating accounts and spamming the forums with them. That's much tougher to combat.
