  Blue crystals will usually be carried to your main crystal. When you have enough blue crystals in there, they turn into a soul which you can use to spawn a Bricktron by holding right-click on your big crystal.

  Hey StaWert,
  
  You can place blue crystals in stockpiles in these situations;
  - If you manually right-click a stockpile with a Bricktron holding them.
  - If the Bricktron is reaaaaaaally far, he will not bring the blue crystals to your big crystal, instead he will drop it in a nearby stockpile.
  - If somehow for some reason you don't have a big crystal, they will drop them in a stockpile.
