I can't join my friend and he can't join me

Me and two other friends got this game and one friend (Bob) hosted the game and me and my other friend (Jerry) joined him no problem. But when me and Jerry tried to play together we couldn't join each other. The weird thing is, is that we can both play together if Bob is hosting. I deleted all the Evolve software that I thought would help but it didn't make a difference...

Please help
