Move the tutorial button to the play section of the menu.

I did not realize there was a tutorial in sandbox until someone on the saurapod twitch stream mentioned it. Then i said there should be button that tells you there is a tutorial and Shatojon mentioned it was on the bottom right of the menu. I feel like it should be placed in the play section of the menu to be more obvious.
