Corruptron Aggro in Invasion Mode

How does the Corruptron's Aggro system work? Sometimes I have them getting funneled through traps I set for them because the traps are the "easiest" way into the fort. Others I have them flanking my ass via 3 to 2 brick thick walls and by the time I realize the've dug through said walls it it's too late to set up a defense. Lately I've just been packing serious firepower in all of my fort's entrances but it makes for some painful gaming sessions full of stressful multi tasking.

So yeah, share your strategies for Aggroing Curroptrons in a manageable manner.
