Door replacement? [repair task]

So, someone already commented about the fact that doors aren't replaced when they're broken down. Is there any reason why they aren't included in the repair task? It would be pretty useful, if they were. Since I regularly have to remember to manually replace them. Sometimes I forget, and then next time, they just walk straight in!
