Russian localization

I would like to see the game localized in Russian. If you are currently not conducted work on translating the game on Russian language, but I can do it either by themselves, or to provide assistance in translation. In language settings there is a button Steam Workshop, but I don't know how to upload localization. I don't know what a particular file is text. Via content search I found several files, but I'm sure it's not all files.

    Shatojon said that they will upload a tutorial... but it's still not uploaded. I've got translation file but it's incomplete because they made new patches (also don't know what to do with it).
