Ability to change time for holding right-click and appearance of circle menu.

Time between clicking and appearance of menu is short, but when you do this many times. This time becomes to long. This is more frustrating when you want to use circle menu to choose types of blocks. Time of appearance of menu is not too bad, but choosing icons from cirlce menu should be without delay.
