ok at random times when playing a multiplayer game the sound turns off for a few mins then comes back on with a horrble sound then gos back to nomal and when that happens my game freezes

I believe the first thing you are likely to be asked is, "What are your PC's specs?" I have never seen this issue, but it sounds like if your game is freezing, you may be below the minimum specs.
