[0.9.1] Locked Construction Tasks cannot allow manually assigned, non-automated Bricktrons to work

Currently, there exists one only method of limiting the Free Agent System from assign extra Bricktrons to a given Task, and that is to Lock the Task Priority.

Also currently, you are able to manually assign Bricktrons to work on Tasks specified by the players, and not bother having to wait for the Free Agent System to auto-assign the Bricktrons.

Combining these two methods together, I expected to see manually assigned, non-automated Bricktrons to work on Locked Tasks, to limit how many Bricktrons to work on a given Task, without being bothered by the Free Agent System for assigning more Bricktrons than needed. This feature is useful for Quarry Tasks, which depending on the size of the Quarry Task, less Bricktrons are more efficient than more Bricktrons.

Unfortunately, in the current latest update, v0.9.1, manually-assigned Bricktrons for unknown reasons cannot continue to work when assigned to Tasks set to Locked Priority.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Play in any game mode on any difficulty on any map.
  2. Create a Harvest Task.
  3. Lock the Harvest Task.
  4. Select all Bricktrons.
  5. Press H to make them Hold Positions, which should disable Auto Mode.
  6. With all Bricktrons still selected, assign all of them to the Harvest Task.
  7. Observe that you cannot see them working.
