Tunnel task is not working prperly.

Started by digging atunnel, when it was finished, I deleted the old blueprints, went into X-Ray and build a new task 3 voxels below. so that after the digging there should habe been a 6 voxel high tunnel.
The problem is that the Bricktons are far away from the staircase and try to dig the tunnel from above.
It's telling me now that they can't reach the location.

    I'm truly sorry, but we don't understand what the problem is. The guys around the studio looked at your post, we can't tell what is the issue.

    Could you be more precise? You can also share us a video if you have a capture software.

  • I dug two tunnels, the second one afte the first tunnel layer was finished.
    And the second is under the first one.
    Normally a tunnel is 3 voxels high, so 2 are 6voxels high.

    U can see the staircase on one of the screenshots.

    On the other 2 screenshots u see it zoomed in.
    The Bricktons do not continue digging. They want to dig from the upper layer, trying to get on the first tunnel high and dig the second tunnel from up there.

    But they can not reach the level of the first tunnel because it was 3 voxels high.

    Ok, I think we figured out what your experiencing. It's hard to give a "diagnostic" since there's maybe something in the way of the Bricktron that is preventing him to dig from the tunnel entrance. I informed the developer responsible for the tunnel task. We will looking into it.
