Launcher: Preserve user settings for screen resolutions and whether to use fullscreen or not.

Right now, the new Launcher will always default to using the maximum native screen resolution the PC can support, as well as default to using the Full Screen Mode. I would like to have it preserve my preferred screen resolution by default, as well as preserve my option to set Full Screen Mode or not.
