Bricktron has no idea on what to do

Is it just me or the system didn't work?
The first floor just work fine (constructed) while the second floor is malfunctioned (idled).
Here's some screenshots of the blueprint and interior.

First floor (Constructed, just fine).


And here comes the second floor, where the Bricktron has no idea what to do.

    It's because they can't reach the beam that they need to build, it's too far away for the bricktron or too high, so you will need some stairs or ramp to make them reach it.

    Well yeah okay, but could you guys make the ramp to possibly be reached to the beam?
    And one more issue I got, GO HERE.
