No Spawn Crystal on any setting

Whenever I start a new game on any mode theres no blue crystal for the block dudes to spawn, also the tutorial doesnt say or do anything, I start the tutorial and im in the middle of the sky/ ocean with no dialogue window or anything. When i do manage to scroll to the land theres nothing but the castle and no spawn crystal.. Im posting two photos, one is me right after i start the tutorial and the other is showing nothing at the tutorial area..

Try a fresh reinstall and see if that fixes the issue.
If it doesn't fix the issue, at least Shatojon will be able to give better advice if it's still not functioning properly.
