So you would build a set of rails from point a, let's say magic mine/explosive barrel production, to point b, let's say the catapult, then you would put a cart on those rails which would basically be a mobile stockpile and would hold 4 stone bricks or wood logs and so on and in addition would hold 4 or 8 barrels, seems unwise to stack the things, anyway a brickton would assigned to the rail and would push the cart around at normal walking speed, this would make large scale logistics less frustrating and more interesting.
