Magic Garden has disappeared.

So I finished doing everything needed to expand to the Magic Garden, and it worked at first. Then as I started to continue on, the game glitched and it undid everything. Now this has happened, but normally I can just redo anything, so I tried to just expand again, but it won't let me. I can click on it and see it tell me to "Expand here to claim it" or whatever, but when I try to expand it just doesn't give me the real option to expand. What do I do to fix this?
