What happened to when a brick ton got hit by a throwing rock, he would rag doll / get pushed around so they could fall out of towers etc, it was a very interesting feature now it's just a low damage projectile that doesn't need to be considered.
The suggestion is simply to re add this feature that was removed.

The game is full of physics, it's one of the elements that makes the game stand out. Tell me the rock throwers are not worthless now. it would take around 50 rocks to kill a brickton and it doesn't feel like it has an impact.
You can build towers in such a way that they don't fall to their doom rather then a 1x1 rail which is the best option atm.
But as it stands not only would it add needless tedium via microing, it would also SEVERELY inhibit the design of defensive structures you could build. Every single wall and tower you can build in which archers can take defensive positions on would have to be designed with railings in mind. Which said railings could eventually not become useful anymore if you forget to every once in a while reposition your archers in a safe position once they've been knocked around enough. Also not only would railings become an issue, but so would the structure's inner workings being visible from the outside become one as well.
Again, it's not that I don't think knockback is good idea, it's just that knock back in my opinion would detract more from the game in its current state due to its unpolished movement mechanics for troops.
Edit: fixed spelling and grammar mistakes.
Oddly enough the knockback would RARELY make archers fall forward, rarely. But yeah building design freedom and the current state of the micromanagement meta game is why I'm against knockback physics right now. If anything maybe we can make a compromise if the devs refuse to add more movement tools?
Have there be knockback but let it be a stun that disables archers for half a sec? It seems the devs wanted to implement such a feature since sometimes my archers can't shoot if they're too overwhelmed by rock thrower fire.
